The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin (equivalent to 1 tablet) shortly before bedtime. Valerian favours sleep and relaxation under conditions of stress. Chamomile favours relaxation and mental well-being.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Take 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with water, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before bedtime.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its unopened package.

Consult a doctor before using this product. Keep out of the reach of children aged under 3 years. The product should not be used in women with childbearing potential or in individuals of either sex prior to puberty. RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Take 0.5 ml of the product per day, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before bedtime. For the use of the product under 12 years of age, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
The product can be taken as it is or diluted in about half a glass of water. Shake before use.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its undamaged package. Any slight changes in colour or taste and the presence of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are due to the normal variability of the plant-derived ingredients and do not indicate a deterioration in the quality of the product. Once opened, use preferably within 60 days.
